Solange and Bernard, a life reinvented…

Colline (2,5 years), Solange (31) and Bernard (43), a little happy family leading a simple life in the countryside of Goesnes that we got back to after every day of work.

And then, a roadway defect threw our car against a wall. Bernard was alone inside, and was diagnosed tetraplegic.

Our little happy family reinvented and reorganized itself to keep the joy of life. Keep on going on, no matter what.

Keep on going on, no matter what. It’s a battle, with many challenges and difficulties, but have we really become that different ?

No, we quickly realized we weren’t different, each one of us has their own pain and suffering.

Love helps us be determined to get through it, one pain at a time, a thousand hurdles at the same time. A day-to-day routine, the game of life to keep an active place as a citizen and to keep our dignity.

Today, Colline is 26, Solange 55 and Bernard 66, and their live continues with the same difficulties and more to come, but despite that, we keep on smiling and enjoying life.
